So I have hiccups that will not go away no matter what tonight. Grr.
I want everybody to tell me their crazy (original) ways that they get rid of hiccups.
I will not stand on my head though. So don't even go there.

Calm down and try to hold Your breath as long as You can. Now, when You will feel that another contraction of the diaphragm approaches try to relax it (relax Your diaphragm). It may sounds impossible but it always works for me. You can think about it as about meditation - You have to relax yourself so deeply that You will be able to prevent your diaphragm from contraction - it is possible. Good luck :)
ReplyDeleteI hiccuped for two hours. Next time I will try your method.
